🛍️ Return Period
You may return most unused items purchased from Bahiwa.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Note: Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a restocking fee.
🔄 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Email our support team at service@bahiwa.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our support team will send you return instructions and your return authorization.

Pack your item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
Important: Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
📦 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:

A damaged item

An incorrect product sent in error
In these cases, Bahiwa will cover the return shipping costs.
📆 Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Include your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product.

We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
